Payment for Treatment
At Run Well Performance Training & Physical Therapy, every stride toward recovery is a shared journey. Your health, your goals, and your well-being are at the heart of everything we do.
We provide individualized care designed to get you back to the activities you love as quickly and safely as possible. We focus on identifying the root cause of your concerns, optimizing treatment, and helping you return to your favorite activities. To maintain this high level of personalized care, Run Well does not contract with insurance companies.
Payment is requested at the time of each visit, either by credit card or HSA card. While we are not in-network with insurance, we can provide a Superbill that you may submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement.
Pricing Structure
Physical Therapy or Performance Evaluation
90 minutes- $350
Session Packages for 1 hour follow up appointments
1 session = $250
4 sessions = $940 ($235 per session)
8 sessions = $1760 ($220 per session)
12 sessions = $2400 ($200 per session)
Coaching
$150 per month
Dr. Monica Brum
First visit evaluation, Physical Therapy treatment & performance follow up visits
Monica Brum earned her B.S. in Kinesiology from Gordon College in 2009 and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Rhode Island in 2014.
She lives in Hopkinton, MA, right at the start line of the Boston Marathon, with her husband and two young daughters. Outside of work, Monica enjoys staying active with friends and family through running, skiing, rock climbing, and spending time outdoors.
Monica has been a physical therapist for over 10 years and a runner since middle school. After becoming a mom, she developed a love for distance running and completed her first half marathon in 2021. Since then, she has raced eight half marathons, one full Boston Marathon, and countless 5Ks. Running has been an important part of her life, and she is passionate about helping others stay healthy, strong, and injury-free so they can enjoy the sport for years to come.
